Pedophiles in Red Deer

So what do you get when you mix a high school teacher from Trochu Alberta and a bunch of little boys? You get a sick fuck who buggers them THEN the school board doesn't charge him so he ends up in Red Deer as a teacher AGAIN.

Oh ya he also sits on a board of directors for a nonprofit agency with, get this, 2 grade school teachers. LOL well that takes the cake.
